He is responsible for providing management leadership to the front-line operations of the business; in the area of Concrete Manufacturing operations, Quality Control and providing the specialized equipment technology and resources needed for creating innovative solutions.

Ashok’s knowledge and experience in this field aids him in issuing the quality Jyothi delivers. His keen eye for details, and strict discipline assures A class construction material and delivery.

Establishing and nurturing relationships with individuals who hire construction companies is key to building business. Identify developers, property owners, realtors, architects, property managers and engineering firms with whom Jyothi can network or provide actual services to. He ensures to join trade associations and business organizations to meet more people who have projects or know of someone who needs construction services.
Head - Operations
Before Jyothi begins a project, Prakash provides leadership and direction on nearly every aspect of the project – from scheduling and cost control to resource planning and allocation. He oversees the estimating and scheduling process, as well as the development of design and constructability solutions and ensures that Jyothi standards and processes are applied across all projects to ensure successful completion.
Business Head
As the Business Head for Jyothi Groups, Kamat has spent the past few years successfully launching and overseeing the Jyothi Group divisions of the company. He is also responsible for designing and installing Jyothi’s aesthetic features on many of their projects. Quality is one of the core values and Kamat demonstrates this on each projects he is involved with.
